MANAGED BILLING SERVICES

All clients are assigned a dedicated Billing Account Team with experience working with all payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, worker’s comp, and auto insurance, to manage day to day tasks. Accounts are also monitored by our Compliance Team, Quality Assurance Team, Review Team, and Provider Enrollment Specialists. A multi-faceted team of experts ensures your account is managed in accordance with your goals, our internal controls, and the regulations set forth by CMS guidelines and HIPAA laws.

All billing clients receive free access to our ePCR/EHR software, which eliminates the costs associated with field reporting software. We do not however require the use of our ePCR/EHR solution. Clients may utilize any NEMSIS 3.5 compliant field reporting software.

Our billing solution generates over 60 financial and statistical reports out of the box. On top of that, we have used Microsoft’s Power BI to develop one of the industry’s most advanced Business Intelligence (BI) web-based reporting platforms. With Elevos you get enhanced visibility into your financials including views into charges and payments trending, revenue projections by payer, and more.

A team of dedicated Billing Account Specialists assigned to your account processes all of the day to day tasks of your revenue cycle management. They code the claims, process payments, follow-up on unpaid claims, and assist with your reporting requirements.

Any claims that are denied are placed in a review queue and assessed by a Review Specialist. If the claim meets coverage requirements, an appeal is started and our Review Department will manage the appeals process through all levels of appeal.

Our Compliance Officer ensures CMS guidelines are routinely followed to ensure all reimbursement is legal and due to your service. All clients receive regular feedback from our Compliance Officer, and each account is audited internally on a quarterly basis.

Our Quality Assurance (QA) Team assesses accounts to ensure procedures are completed timely, correctly, and according to best practices. The QA Team analyzes work completed internally and work submitted by your team. All clients receive a quarterly report outlining improvement areas.
