Roby Sanchez is the CEO at Elevos. He has over 25 years of experience leading FinTech organizations. Roby has a strong track record of growing and leading businesses and recruiting and building high-performing teams and has consistently delivered against both revenue and profit goals throughout his career. On a day to day basis, Roby works closely with our sales and support teams to enhance our product and service offerings and ensure our clients can focus on the most important job: saving lives.

Ed Eiland is the CFO at Elevos and Partner at Eiland Investment Management. He has over 23 years of technology, corporate finance and private equity experience. Throughout his career, Ed has overseen operations, corporate strategy and development, and capital raising for both public and private companies, including Stonington Capital, HIG Capital and Internet Security Systems (NASDAQ: ISSX, acquired by IBM). He currently manages the day-to-day financial functions at Elevos.

David Barrett is the CTO at Elevos. He holds a Ph.D. in Decision Sciences from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. David has spent his extensive career focused on projects in regulatory compliance, data analysis, and forensic systems analysis and has served as consultant for actuaries in health, worker’s compensation, and property and casualty insurance. He was also on the faculty at Georgia State University and LaGrange College. David is currently spearheading the next generation of Elevos’ innovative product line.

Michael Romedy is the COO at Elevos. He has 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry.  His experience includes several years with Fortune 500 healthcare leaders like Tenet, Universal Health Services, and Kindred Healthcare. Michael comes to Elevos with a strong billing and revenue background.  His strengths include improving top-line performance through streamlining revenue processes and rapid response to regulatory changes. Michael consistently works to provide even more cost-effective solutions in the face of rising healthcare costs including a record 10% cost reduction at one organization during his tenure.

Jeremy McGee is the Director of Client Services. McGee has over 20 years in The Emergency Services Industry holding titles of Communications Officer, Firefighter, EMT, and Director of a major ambulance service in Atlanta. He has been with Elevos since 2008 in sales training and leadership positions. In his current position as Director of Client Services, his focus is on customer satisfaction and client retention.

Joseph Cardin is the Vice President of Billing Compliance. He has over 10 years of experience in billing and quality assurance roles in the EMS industry. He’s a go-to resource for creating and implementing policies and procedures to meet new and evolving EMS billing needs. At Elevos, Joseph is responsible for the general management of the billing department, consisting of internal policies and procedures, team management, in-house training compliance, and monitoring and ensuring performance is optimal for each account.
