Manage billing services client accounts including performing all daily and monthly billing procedures and follow-up procedures. Process all ambulance trips submitted from the assigned billing services client via manual data entry or ePCR download of the trip, patient, and billing information. File claims with all appropriate payers including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance carriers via paper claims or electronic claims submission in a timely manner. Perform all daily operating procedures including refiling claims with denied or delayed payments and past-due follow-up of private pay claims. Properly performing all follow-up procedures to ensure maximum collection rates and cash per call totals for each assigned billing service client account. Maintain HIPPA compliance with all medically sensitive information.
Client Service Representative primary responsibility is to manage those accounts that generate ongoing business with little additional selling effort. These accounts are normally large or have high potential and the work is often non-standard. Managing the accounts requires being able to develop good relationships with high-level management as well as front-line operations, instilling confidence in Elevos within the customer’s organization, and excellent follow-through and attention to detail to make sure service level is met and standard benchmarks are achieved. To provide exceptional Customer Service as the direct contact for our Billing Service Clients. Manage the Revenue Management, importing of calls, and payment posting for each Billing Service Client assigned.
Join our talented team as the Senior Sales Lead Generation Representative will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurture outbound / inbound sales lead campaigns for Elevos Revenue Cycle Management solutions products and services (EHR/ePCR, RCM Software, and RCM). This position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to, marketing automation, inbound/outbound telemarketing, working EMS lead lists, networking and grassroots marketing. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Sales/Client Services team successful. Additionally, this role will include proactive prospecting and will email and make calls and to potential Elevos customers (Fire Chiefs, EMS Directors, Government Executives, IT, and C-Level) to introduce our product solution, log call and information into Sales Force and set up demos and appointments for outside Sales Team. This position will also assist in development of presentations and proposals for the Sales team.
